More blah

It's good to be back at the table with a pen in my hand after Saturday's launch. It was a really nice event and definitely the most intense 2 hours I can remember having for quite a while. Thanks to everyone who came (especially the people who bought books and/or tea towels). And thanks again to Isis and Damien at Milkbar. And thanks to Karina for taking photos.

This Saturday!

Any time between 3 and 5 pm at Milkbar. So there's no set start time but the little sandwiches might be harder to get closer to 5.

There'll be books and tea towels (!) for sale and browsing and original pages all over the walls. Everyone's welcome so feel free to come if you're in the neighbourhood.

And here's a couple more new strips, segueing between the events in the library and the actual, soon-to-be-real moment of whatever you call an act of deity creation, the opposite of deicide, I don't know.

Couldn't concentrate

I found myself trying to write some new pages and strips but had a spouse needing my ear every few minutes so started scratching instead. I love scratchboard. One day I'll get really good at using it and just use it for everything.
